According to the New York Post, a mother of two children from New York continues Disney for $ 2 million after being injured in the Disney Lagoon typhoon in April 2022.
According to the article, Kimberly Panetta was “violently struck by a sudden and energetic wave” while she was in the surf swimming pool of Typhoon Lagoon during a visit of April 2022.
Panetta says that the wave of “mammoth” herself and her 3-year-old daughter underwater over several meters. According to court documents, “the wave struck her aside with such force, she struck her, she and her body, skidded through cement or gunite, causing a serious rash or severe and deep scratches.”
