Police do not believe that drugs or alcohol have played a role in the shocking crash that left the cybertruck reports of Alijah Arenas around a tree.
The 18 -year -old, the son of the NBA star, Gilbert Arenas, saw his Tesla Cybertruck reduced to a fiery wreck after the accident in Los Angeles earlier this week.
The precise cause of the incident remains a mystery, but TMZ reports that the investigators saw no sign of poisoning after the rising basketball star has been removed from the fire.
The 18 -year -old was rescued shortly before 5 a.m. on Thursday morning and taken to a local hospital.
According to TMZ, the investigators visited arenas in the hospital, but they did not gain their blood for the tests and currently no criminal investigation is in progress.
The police believe that speed was the main factor behind the accident, which did not involve any other vehicle.

Some models of the Cybertruck can go from 0 to 60 MPH in less than 3 seconds and the 18 -year -old was placed in a coma induced on Thursday.
But his family provided a positive update the next day, telling ESPN that he was out of a coma and showed “important signs of progress”
“Although it remains intubated, these progress mark a critical step in its recovery,” the statement said.
“His mother, the father of Laura Govan, Gilbert Arenas, his brothers and sisters and his family, were by his side at each stage of the path, holding faith and drawing the strength of prayers and love that flocks from the whole world.”
One of those who saved Alijah said they heard “hitting the car window, but couldn’t see anything because the smoke was so thick”.
They explained: “It was then that I realized that someone was inside. I tried to break the window, but it wouldn’t give. Then I saw that one of the windows had been cracked just enough and we used everything we had to fold and remove it. The car was on fire. We just knew we had to take him out.
Alijah’s family added: “This act of courage, with Alijah’s incredible desire to survive, is nothing less than miraculous. The family continues to request prayers and public support while their baby miracle turns to a complete recovery.
“They remain deeply grateful for the exceptional care provided by his medical team and love and overwhelming encouragement of the community.”
