California joined several other states on Friday in the pursuit of the Trump administration about its request that public schools eliminate diversity, actions and initiatives of inclusion or risk losing federal funding – expanding its challenge in a confrontation with high issues for students from the whole state.

General Rob Bonta and other attorney Generals of the State came one day after a deadline for administration of Trump so that state officials collect certifications from each school district of the country confirming that all DEI efforts had been eliminated, on the argument that these Dei initiatives constitute illegal discrimination.
And this occurs two weeks after the California Department of Education defended the legality of Dei’s efforts in a letter to the Suraningants of the School District.
Bonta also defended the legality of diversity initiatives to announce the trial on Friday.
“The US Ministry of Education shamelessly abandons its mission to ensure equality of access to education with its last threat to wholesale funding for federal education mandated by the Congress,” Bonta said in a statement.
“Let me be clear: the Federal Ministry of Education does not try to” fight “discrimination with this last order. Instead, he uses the fundamental law of civil rights of our country as a pretext for constraining states in the abandonment of efforts to promote diversity, equity and inclusion through lawful programs and policies. ”
Bonta, whose office has now continued Trump’s current administration 15 times, said President Trump had “once again … exceeded his authority under the Constitution and violated the law”.
