Actress Lar Park Lincoln, who played in “Friday 13th part VII: The New Blood” and “Knots Landing”, died. She was 63 years old.
Lincoln, who was allegedly fighting breast cancer for years before his death, died on Tuesday. Her death was announced by Actors Audition Studios, a company based in Dallas that she founded.
“It is with a deep sadness that we announce the death of Lar Park Lincoln, famous actress, founder of Actors Audition Studios, and the coach of the Beloved American hearing on April 22, 2025,” said the company.
“During his 45 -year career,” continued the declaration, “Lar left an unforgettable brand on Hollywood through her dynamic performances and his dedication to the aspiring actors.”
No cause of death has been given.
Lincoln was born in Dallas, Texas, on May 12, 1961. She played for the first time in the CBS TV movie “Children of the Night” in 1985 before appearing in episodes of “Heart of the City”, “Outlaws” and “Highway to Heaven” in 1986 and 1987.
Her big break later occurred in 1987 when she was interpreted as Linda Fairgate during the ninth season of the CBS “Knots Landing” soap opera. She returned for the 11th season of day drama in 1989 and stayed in the show until season 13, when her character was killed.
Lincoln discussed the surprising popularity of his character of “knots” on the show created by David Jacobs in an interview only three years before his heartbreaking pass.
