Classification The contenders: Te ian premer Four Ian set official visits
One of the best tight ends in the country for the 2026 class reduced things in its recruitment. Great Bend (Kan.) The winger tight four stars Ian Premer abandoned his top five on Wednesday evening.
The state of Iowa, Kansas, the state of Kansas, Michigan and Notre Dame made the cut. These schools will also receive official visits to the Kansas native. The dates are as follows:
Michigan: May 30
Kansas: June 6
Notre Dame: June 10
Iowa state: June 13
Kansas state: June 20
With these now ready visits, let us classify the contenders for the tight elite of the Midwest.
1) Kansas statement
The Wildcats enter the official season of Premer’s visit as a favorite. He grew up a fan of the program, went to campus several times and saw the Wildcats keep the last cycle of Linkon Cure. Forming a pretty duo with cure could be difficult to transmit.

2) Kansas
The Jayhawks have also obtained the premer several times on campus and were a key target for the program. Kansas has a lot of momentum recruitment within this cycle state. The team currently has verbal commitments of five of the ten best hopes of Kansas. But the first the most landing would mean the most.

3) Iowa statement
I find it hard to imagine the premer leaving the kansas, but if he did it, I have the state of the iowa as a probable destination. Life in Ames is similar to Manhattan and Lawrence, which would not really be an adjustment. But coach Matt Campbell and his staff do an excellent job to connect with prospects and build another beautiful regional class.

4) Tie: Michigan and Notre Dame
Ironically, the list teams that are closest to the competition for the university football playoffs are late for me. It is very difficult to see Premer go to a school far from home, but these two Blue Bloods will have the chance to welcome him. The tight tradition of Notre-Dame is excellent and Michigan has a lot of momentum when it comes to the program at the moment. However, it will take a long time for these schools to be serious contenders.
