Cincinnati – The draft of the NFL 2025 is only one day and the Bengals of Cincinnati have six choices this year, including the 17th overall selection.
This simulation is what I think they will do in this year’s draft. Although a business can occur, I have remained Pat in the hope of showing you the prospects they might target with each selection.
Last year, we predicted that they would take Amarius Mims in the first round and Kris Jenkins Jr. in the second round. We obtained these two correct selections. We also predicted that they would take a tight end Erick All Jr.
We will see if we can have a similar success this year. Discover my prediction for the six choices below:
First round, choice n ° 17: Shemar Stewart, defensive end, Texas A & M
Stewart could easily be the best player on the Bengal plateau if he falls towards them in the first round. Walter Nolen may have left when the Bengals are on the stopwatch. The same goes for Jihaad Campbell and Derrick Harmon.
Kelvin Banks Jr. is almost guaranteed to be outside the board of directors when Cincinnati can choose.
I expect Bengals to have Stewart at the top of their board. If it is there, do not be shocked if they embody the defensive coordinator Al Golden and their rescued coach staff to get the most out of a bizarre talent like Stewart.
“Sometimes you are betting on the features,” said Duke Tobin Staff Director Director. “This is what this league is talking about. There are many examples of guys who have not had excellent collegial production but great sporting features of the NFL and who come in our league and who have really shone. The coaching is one of them. Development is one of them. Sometimes, diagram the diagrams.
Stewart had 4.5 bags at university, but he was a disruptor. He finished with 39 pressures last season and is able to define the advantage in the race game. Bengals will appreciate its capacity against the race, which could give it the advantage on other on -board rushers in this year’s class.
If Stewart is out of the set, I think the Bengals will take Nolen. If Nolen left, Campbell could certainly be their guy. If this trio of players left, Harmon becomes the favorite at n ° 17 with Nick Emman, Malaki Starks, Tyler Booker, Josh Simmons, Green and Loveland in the mix.
Cincinnati will also undertake the possibility of negotiating, which opens the door of Josh Connerly, Kenneth Grant, Nic Scourton and Donovan Ezeiruaku.
Other targets: Jihaad Campbell, Colston Loveland, Walter Nolen, Kelvin Banks Jr., Derrick Harmon, Mike Green, Tyler Booker, Nick Emman, Josh Simmons, Mykel Williams and Malaki Starks.
Second round, choice n ° 49: Kevin Winston Jr., Security, Penn State
It would be a choice of home run for Bengals. Winston is one of the best security in this class and would have been gone for a long time if he had not undergone an LCA torn last season.
Despite the injury, Winston has always run a 4.51 40 yards dashboard just five months from rehabilitation. It should be allowed for the training camp.
Winston has experience in the game in depth, but is the size and athletics to enter the box and make plated. He is comfortable in the coverage of humans and would give Golden another new weapon to use in defense.
Other targets: Tyler Booker, Xavier Watts, Tate Ratledge, Landon Jackson, Carson Schwesinger, TJ Sanders, Jack Sawyer, Aireontae Ersery and Jonah Savaiaea.
Third round, choice n ° 81: Ozzy Trapilo, offensive tackle, Boston College
Bengals are waiting for the third round to get an offensive line player, but get one of their most important targets. Trapilo will have a chance to start Guard right away. He made two departures (one at each place of guard) from the university, but mainly played in the offensive tackle: 24 departures on the right and 10 in the left tackle.
It was not penalized once in 772 Snaps last season. He is a big guy at 6-8, 319 pounds. If they wanted to make him representatives in Tackle, he certainly has the talent and the size to play several places in the NFL.
The Bengals met Trapilo during the pre-project process and they are likely that they will take him to the third round if they did not address the offensive line during the first two laps.
Other targets: Ashton Gillotte, Emery Jones, DJ Giddens, Wyatt Milum, Chris Paul, Jared Wilson, Demetrius Knight Jr., Charles Grant, Omarr Norman-Lott
Fourth round, choice n ° 119: Ty Robinson, defensive tackle, Nebraska
Robinson may not become an NFL star, but it will be a versatile piece on the defensive line of Bengals. This is an older perspective, which could make him fall there, but he should also be an instant contributor.
At 6-5, 291 pounds, Robinson was tested as an elite athlete during the pre-project process. Landing it at Pick 119 is a flight for a team that needs more robust and difficult players in the trenches.
Other targets: Ashton Gillotte, Emery Jones, DJ Giddens, Bhashul Tuten, Wyatt Milum, Damien Martinez, Jordan James, Chris Paul, Jamaree Caldwell, RJ Harvey, Cam Skattebo, Jalen Rivers
Fifth round, choice n ° 153: Jack Kiser, secondary, Notre Dame
Golden obtains his guy. Kiser has made 25 departures for Golden in the last three seasons. He’s a good, but not a big athlete who will be 25 years old in September.
His age could push him into the fifth round, even in a lower class of seconds, but Bengals would like to land it there. Kiser was a team captain, played 975 shots of special teams in college and projects are an instantaneous contributor in various ways for Bengals as a recruit.
Other targets: Jaydon Blue, Cam Skattebo, Jordan Phillips, Miles Frazier, Jalen Rivers, Donse Thornton Jr., Dylan Fairchild, Luke Kandra, Aeneas Peebles,
Sixth round, choice n ° 193: Thomas Fidone II, End Tight, Nebraska
Fidone would be chosen above, but has undergone several injuries that interrupted two of his university seasons. It is not the best shot tight, but is a quality passes receiver, has a good speed, a good length and it is a voluntary blocker.
Bengals launched the dice on Erick All Jr. last year. They do the same on Fidone here. It is not as good as a perspective as everything, but it is reasonable to think that he could become a contributor in attack.
Other targets: Kobe King, Luke Lachey, Tahj Brooks, Drew Kendall, Jake Majors, Jarquez Hunter, Jimmy Horn Jr., JJ Roberts,
