The abandonment of talks leaves high -level European delegations going to London – France, Germany, the United Kingdom and Ukraine – an obligation.
The British Foreign Ministry has decided that the meeting of “The Quad” – the United Kingdom, the United States, France and Germany – with Ukraine would now be led by officials instead of the Minister of Foreign Affairs David Lammy. Lammy will reveal talks and will still hold a bilateral meeting with the Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs Andriy Sybiha.
Sybiha arrived in London on Wednesday morning alongside the Ukrainian Minister of Defense, Rustem Umerov and the superior assistant of Zelesnkyy, Andriy Yermak.
Yermak said in a statement: “Despite everything, we will work for peace.”
He added: “As agreed in Paris, we will meet the American and European interlocutors who are in the British capital today.
