On his decision to introduce himself to volunteer ota:
“Everyone has a different perspective but, speaking to Schotty, and (him) telling me how important it is for me to be there, and what he tries to prove and show the team – I just thought it was important. One, for me and my relationship with our new head coach to understand where he comes from and help him in any way to go to this race. Guy and showing the face, it’s something I want to do for my trainer.
“I mean, for me, it’s not really like walking. It’s just me. As I always said, I wanted to be a cowboy and be here, I have the impression that it is really right to be me. I am as real as possible since I am here.”
On the importance of making a new agreement by the training camp:
“It is extremely important. I mean, you really see that many players struggle when the guys do not participate in the camp and that they get out for slow departures. I don’t want to start slow. I want to hit the ground and establish us in this league and get victories at the start of the season, and be pace. It will be extremely important for me to start and lead these guys.”
On if his position has changed concerning not having to be the man of $ 40 million:
“This is the difficult part, it is what you are worth entirely, but I don’t really think it’s the dollar amount. I think it’s how someone thinks about you. It is only how much someone thinks you are worth, you know?”
If he realizes the training camp if a new case is not finalized:
“I will always be there. For me, I always have to learn a manual and I am not so much an iPad person where I can continue to learn. I have to browse him. Maybe it’s so much that I may not be on the field, but I will be there to learn, so that way, I prepare at least to be ready for week 1.”
Due to the reason for which he retaliated on the viral comments of Demarcus Lawrence:
“Dude, for me, it is a question of giving a tone in what the locker room is. We must not bear (anything). We do not tolerate the stupid things that were going on. As I said, it is a new diet and a new culture.
“I am not saying that the other guys were not culture manufacturers, but some things are just tired, you know what I mean? Obviously, if something is not working, it’s good that you have new guys to repair it. I’m just happy that I, Ceedee (Lamb) and Dak (Prescott) – We are going to get closer to Dak.
“It’s just a little difficult when you have a bunch of guys who are there and they are older, you know what I mean? These are more of your best paid players, and it is more difficult to obtain this relationship, but now we have all entered together and have established this relationship. We are all around the same age, and we all drag much more, as you saw, we were working together.
“This is not something that I have seen or part of here in the past unless you have done ota. So, just things like that – me and them working together, boxing together – things that we are going to start building camaraderie.”
