Shannon Sharpe had previously threatened to stifle the ex-girlfriend who now pursues him for $ 50 million compared to rape charges, according to the newly out audio provided in Dailymail.com by the woman’s lawyer.
“… I’m going to trace you the S *** of you when I see you,” is heard Sharpe, 56, say that the woman, identified only as “Jane Doe” in her trial.
Dailymail.com asked for comments both at Sharpe’s lawyer and ESPN, where the popular podcaster is a frequent guest on “First Take” by Stephen A. Smith.
Sharpe denies the accusations of rape made by her 20-year-old ex-girlfriend and ATTE with her own assertion that she tries to mark a major financial settlement of a consensual relationship. Her lawyer, Lanny J. Davis, appointed the accuser in Monday’s declaration which also included several sexually explicit text messages that she would have sent to the personality of the popular media.
Responding to Sharpe’s refusals, lawyer for the plaintiff Tony Buzbee published a declaration accusing Davis on Tuesday of lying on the woman and distorting the Salaces text messages. Buzbee also claims that “an incredibly overwhelming video exists indeed” and its content “will say a lot about Mr. Sharp and his behavior”.
In addition, Buzbee alleges that Sharpe has already offered his client a “heavy sum” to settle the trial of $ 50 million.
