There was a performance of the national anthem like no other in Los Angeles on Monday evening while the NHL qualifiers started with the Kings beating the EDMONTON Oilers.
A few moments before the break in the city center, the star banner was strangely interpreted on harmonics by members of the senior and community center of the city of Korea.
There was nobody who sang the words, which means that the closed window crowds of 20,000 spectators joined us and completed the words before giving interpretation a huge ovation.
But while hockey fans inside the arena clearly approved, it was a performance that was encountered by derision on social networks.
‘He was a awful God in Watach !!!’ A fan wrote on X in response to images.
“The one who thought it was a good idea should probably not have a job,” said another hockey fan.

Another fan said that it was surprising to hear the hymn sung as strong in California, publishing in response to performance: “Capital entertainment of the world; You never know what you are going to get!
“What really launched me for a loop is that Los Angeles of all the cities singing out loud the national album. I thought they hated their country.
The performance, however, seemed to trigger the kings, when they rushed into an advance of four goals by the second quarter before the Oilers launched a superb response.
But the hosts rallied and finally won 6-5 with a last-minute dramatic winner of Phillip Danault.
“We could have made it less dramatic, but their tribute,” said Kings coach Jim Hiller after the whirlwind. “We had to do it late.”
It was the first match in the series, so the Kings have an advance of 1-0 before match 2 Wednesday evening in the same place on the road to the Stanley Cup.
The performance of the national anthem has trained a major subject of discussion during the current hockey season.
