The former Arsenal star will assume the post following the Canaries’ decision to separate from head coach Johannes Hoff Thorup on Tuesday morning.

It will be the leading role in managing your career after hanging your boots at the age of 30
Following this, Norwich will face Cardiff City in his last match of the season, who is currently managed by the former Wilshere teammate Aaron Ramsey.
Ramsey broke into the Cardiff team at the age of only 16 in 2007 before joining Arsenal. He returned to Bluebirds in 2023 but saw his limited playing time due to injuries.
He had to miss the rest of the season despite everything after having undergone surgery on a problem of the hamstrings defended last month and will now focus only on coaching.
Wilshere, in the same way, made his name on the ground – emerging like a fierce talent in Arsenal – before finally hanging up his boots and going to training.
He took the under -18s of Arsenal – with Myles Lewis -Skelly and Ethan Nwaneri – in the FA Youth Cup final in his first season before joining Senior Norwich staff last year.
Thinking about it in the direction, Wilshere told Mail Sport last month: “What I would say is that you don’t tear everything you have learned by playing, because you need it. But you return at the start of this trip. It’s just a completely different skill.
“Everyone’s journey is a little different, but something I encourage and my message to players who want to enter coaching is simply to take your time and learn.

“There are so many basic things you think, if you have been a player, it will come naturally. This is not the case, you have to learn it, you must be really clear about a style of play, in a way that you see the game every moment. It takes time, but I’m really happy to have decided to make this trip.
Wilshere began his role as youth at Arsenal only four days after calling for the time of his player career in 2022.
Wilsher himself was a young man from Arsenal who signed up on the scene during his adolescence, making his forenship debut competitive against Blackburn at the age of 16 in 2008.
Unfortunately, Wilshere’s career was plagued by a multitude of injury setbacks, which led to his possible retirement as a player of the Danish club AGF in 2022, after spells in West Ham and Bournemouth.
