New York (AP) – Police arrested a 30 -year -old person on Monday inside Trump Tower after obtaining a disorderly report on a “high surface” inside the building, the authorities announced.
New York police responded around 4:30 p.m. to the skyscraper where President Donald Trump keeps a penthouse. The tower also houses private condominiums, restaurants, stores and a surveys open to tourists.
Independent journalists on the stage have published a video of security officials evacuating from atrium and police who later left the building. The police wore helmets and safety harnesses of the type used by emergency stakeholders who specialize in the rescue of people in the high places.
The NYPD emergency services unit has placed the person in detention without further incident, police said. It is not immediately known the charges that the person could face and the incident remains under investigation, police said.
Trump Tower has been the scene over the years, demonstrations, for fear of bombs and suddenly occasional. A person tried to develop the building in 2016 and arrived on the 21st floor before the police dragged him.
