Alex Ovechkin Completed almost everything there is to accomplish in the NHL, but on Monday, he had a career first during his 20th career season. Ovechkin, 39, scored his very first purpose of qualifying series, giving Washington Capitals an advance in the 1-0 series on Montreal Canadians.
