The woman filed the trial under the alias “Jane Doe”. In this document, Sharpe, 56, is accused of having sexually assaulted the woman on a “rock consensus relationship” of two years, reported the professional football speech and people. The woman asks $ 50 million in damages.
The woman said she met Sharpe in a Los Angeles gymnasium in 2023. She was 22 years old at the time. She said Sharpe had made multiple advances before deciding to engage in a relationship. Sharpe would have asked the woman to sign a non-disclosure agreement before meeting, but abandoned this when the woman postponed the request, by people.
The trial details several cases in which Sharpe is accused of threats and sexual assault. The woman also said that Sharpe had recorded her sexual meetings without her consent, according to people.
“A woman can say” yes “to consensual sex with a man eighty-nine times, but when she says” no “even once, that” no “means no”, says the complaint. “The defendant Shannon Sharpe, a man accustomed to getting what he wants, does not understand this basic concept.”
Sharpe is also accused of having reprimanded the woman and threatening her to kill her after her arrival at his home.

In a declaration by Sharpe’s lawyer, published on Sharpe’s X account, Sharpe said that the relationship with women was consensual and that “Mr. Sharpe categorically denies all the allegations of coercion or fault – in particular the raw lie of the rape ” – and will not submit to what he considers a blatant attempt.”
Sharpe and the woman moved separately in Nevada in 2024. In September 2024, Sharpe accidentally spread live a sexual meeting with an unidentified woman. The camera did not capture the meeting, but the audio could be heard. Sharpe initially said he had been hacked before admitting that he had accidentally left his camera during the meeting.
The woman involved in the live flow is not the woman who pursues Sharpe. The incident led the DOE to “move away” from Sharpe.
A month later, Sharpe would have forced the DOE in a car and forced him in his apartment. Once there, the woman said that Sharpe had forced her to perform oral sex, then raped her anal.

The woman also detailed a January meeting in which she affirmed that Sharpe had sexually assaulted it while refusing to carry a condom.
The woman is represented by lawyer Tony Buzbee, who also represented several women who accused the quarter of Cleveland Browns, Deshaun Watson, of sexual fault.
Sharpe played for Denver Broncos and Baltimore Ravens during his 14 -year career in the NFL. He won three Super Bowl titles, made eight Pro Bowls and was quadruple All-Pro. This performance has earned Sharpe induction at the NFL renowned temple in 2011.
Sharpe, who signed a contract extension with ESPN last June, also organizes a popular podcast entitled “Club Shay Shay”.
