Rey Mysterio revealed that he was not medically authorized to perform at Wrestlemania 41. Mysterio made the announcement of the Wrestlemania 41 countdown and presented Rey Fenix to replace the Wrestlemania Night One Match against El Grande Americano. Mysterio has provided no details concerning the injury.
Powell POV: Mysterio suffered the injury in a Smackdown game match on Friday when he and Fenix joined forces with Dragon Lee against Chad Gable, Julius Creed and Brutus Creed. Julius stood on the ground and came out Mysterio from the ring by one leg. Mysterio was slow to get up and drink on the side of his team, but he could not go back to the match. It is a shame that Mysterio is unable to fight, because there is no say how many Wrestlemania events that the 50 -year -old intends to work. Hoping that it has rapid recovery.
