Sheder Sanders and Travis Hunter removed their uniform number by the Colorado Buffaloes on Saturday afternoon. Sanders No. 2 and Hunter 12 were officially and definitively added to Folsom Field during a field ceremony.
The controversial decision to withdraw the figures from the two players has received mixed reactions from observers inside and outside the program. And a former player in particular has now talked about the perceived lack of respect for the Colorado program for previous stars.
Chad Brown, a star of the Buffaloese star in the early 1990s which won a national championship in 1990 and made the first All-Big 8 team in 1992, TMZ Sports told the decision of Deion Sanders.
“Everything is black or white – either I am an old jealous hateful who needs to cry in my old man tears, or I am exactly right in” I cannot believe that the premium coach would do this “,” said Brown.

The former star of Cu Buffaloes has hardwords for Deion Sanders
Brown was not over there, saying it looks like a “light”.
“While Travis certainly deserves his flowers and deserves to retire from his number, to forget the biggest era of university football in Cu, of which I was part of the moment when we won a national championship, it also looks like a light,” said Brown. “So two things can be true at the same time. These guys deserve their flowers, but in the past, guys also deserve them.
“I’m not saying they don’t deserve it. I say there are many other deserving players who should probably come first.”
Brown also explained that there are many other CU players who agree with its evaluation. In addition to being frustrated by the obvious lack of process.
“If we were a program that put these things back all the time, I think that me and many other elders would examine this through a very, very different lens,” said Brown. “But considering how incredibly conservative we have been, and now to do it for two guys who are both on campus – their financing class has not even left campus – it seems a bit strange, a little premature. And not to have a kind of waiting period, so as not to do any, very strange procedure.”
It seems to be a quasi-certainty that it would never have happened without the surname of SheDer. Hunter has at least won the Heisman trophy, an achievement that almost universally leads to removing your number. For example, Caleb Williams won the Heisman at the USC and did not withdraw his number before his departure for the NFL. Cu could have done something similar. This is not the case. And we all know about why.
