F1 commentator David Croft has removed part of the shine of Jennifer Lopez’s appearance to run the Saudi Grand Prix by hitting viewers with a horrible joke on the superstar of singing and theater.
Lopez, 55, cut a striking silhouette in a single room to Rose Barbie, Barbie, while crossing the paddock and the pits of the Jeddah Corniche circuit, chatting with the CEO of F1 Stefano Domenicimi and being to visit the Ferrari team in their garage.
While I posed for photos, Croft joked: “I am surprised that she was here right now – I thought she was waiting tonight.
“JLO fans would have had that.
The joke worthy of the television star was a riff on Lopez’s tube in 1999 “Waiting for Tonight”.
Lopez’s performance after the qualifications – who saw him joined by Party Next Door, Major Lazer and Usher – was his first performance at an F1 event in 11 years, after having already made a descendants at the Singapore 2014 Grand Prix.

The 55 -year -old superstar walked through the paddock in Jeddah and met the Ferrari team in their stand garage – before becoming the subject of a joke worthy of groaning

The F1 commentator, David Croft (right -wing photo), proved that comedy was not his strong costume with a gag which wrinkled on the success of JLO in 1999 waiting for this evening this evening
On the track, the world champion Max Verstappen ripped off his second consecutive pole position with a magnificent tour which put him just in front of Oscar Piastri in Australia.
But the real story of qualification was shocking from the candidacy of Lando Norris to become world champion, who saw the star of McLaren crash into the wall in the third quarter.
The Briton will now start from the 10th on the grid as he tries to protect the advance of the three points he has on his teammate Piastri in the driver’s ranking.
Norris, he called himself “idiot F ******” when he assured the team that he was physically unscathed when he was still in the cockpit.
Norris’ contribution ended when he lost control across the chicane and traveled on the borders. He tried to fight his car back but there was not to catch him, and he was sent to the left wall. Shots 4 and 5 of the 27, and he was out of the calculation at the beginning of the third quarter.
McLaren’s general manager Zak Brown has not lost hope of a revival of Norris. “Focus on the race,” he said about their approach. “It will probably be a one -stop shop, but we cannot exclude a safety car.
“It will certainly be faster than it qualified.
George Russell took third place for Mercedes with another impressive effort which he described as “a little mixed” in his own post-session verdict.

The 2025 season has become a little more difficult for Ferrari star in difficulty Lewis Hamilton (photo) who will start from seventh on the grid
Lewis Hamilton, another confusing evening. It was only seventh faster, nine -tenth of the rhythm.
It has now been overwhelmed by Leclerc – which will start from fourth place in Djeddah – four against a this season, sprint qualifying in China.
The history of the pilot ranking is not as dark as Hamilton Trails Leclerc by only seven points. The first also won the Sprint race in Shanghai, proving that it is always a great force over a race distance.
Speaking after qualifying for Jeddah, Hamilton cut a tired look while he was plunging into the same old story about his qualification difficulties, which go back to his last season in Mercedes.
George Russell sur-qualified from 19 to five in Grands Prix and five to one in sprint races in 2024.
Hamilton said: “It is (qualifying) was difficult as always for me. I am nowhere all weekend – 13th at almost all sessions.
“Honestly, I am grateful to have reached Q3 and P7. It was not a last spectacular round, but we made improvements all weekend. Need a better lap at the end but, as I said, I am grateful to be there or almost.
A journalist then noted that the performance of Hamilton’s race often improved his dull projections in the qualifications. When asked if he thought it will be the case again on Sunday in Jeddah, the 40 -year -old laughed: “Praying, more like”.
He then added: “Trying to create links with this car in a single turn is something that I find very difficult at the moment.
“But we don’t give up. Where there is a will, there is a means. We continue to push and try. We have incredible support, so we simply (we have to) continue to work hard.
Hamilton recorded the most poles in the history of Formula 1 (104), which makes his difficulties even more perplexed.
His last post came to the Hungarian Grand Prix 2023, where he finished P4.
Hamilton is currently seventh in the pilot ranking, already 52 points behind the leader of the Norris championship.
