San Jose – A 36 -year -old man who would have brandished a firearm and struck a vehicle in separate road rage incidents in San Jose is in detention, according to the authorities.
The first incident occurred on February 27 near North Bascom avenue and West San Carlos Street, San Jose police officer Tanya Hernandez said on Friday.
The suspect almost merged into the victim, who horny, said Hernandez. In response, the suspect would have led alongside the victim, forcing them in the circulation coming in the opposite direction and pointed out a firearm.
Hernandez said the second incident occurred on March 29 in North 1st Street and East Brokaw Road. The suspect would have supported his vehicle in the victim’s vehicle, then struck the victim’s vehicle.
He was arrested Tuesday in San Jose. A search of his house revealed several firearms, including a stolen pistol, as well as large capacity magazines and a body vest, said Hernandez.
The detectives reserved the man in Santa Clara County prison for aggression with a deadly weapon, possession of a stolen firearm and brandishing a firearm of a vehicle.
He is detained without deposit at the Elmwood correctional center in Milpitas, according to prison files.
