San Jose – One person was injured in a fire in a Victorian house on Thursday in San Jose, fire officials said.
Firefighters were called home in the first block of North 10th Street around 2 p.m., according to the San Jose fire service. At 2:23 p.m., the fire was under control.
One person was taken to hospital with unknown injuries, fire officials said. A dog was also rescued.
The American Red Cross was called to help seven people moved by the fire.
The cause of the fire is the subject of an investigation.
