The Browns brought back a familiar veteran quarterrier because they accepted the conditions with QB Joe Flacco on an agreement.
Flacco returns to Cleveland after joining the Browns in week 12 of the 2023 season. He started five consecutive games from week 13, and during this section, the Browns went 4-1 with Flacco in the quarter-Arrière.
