Washington – Workers who examine drugs and devices and inspect the manufacturing factories have been protected when Trump administration dismissed thousands of food and drug administration employees.
The idea was to preserve some of the most important functions of the FDA. But medication exams are likely to be assigned, anyway, more than a dozen FDA employees up to date and recently who have recently left Stat. People have asked for anonymity to protect against administration reprisals.
Peter Stein, who was withdrawn last week from his post as director of the new medication office, compared HHS layoffs to a person out of knowledge, extinguishing machines in a factory because they did not look important.
