We are two weeks before the NFL draft, and the 32 teams will seek to meet the great needs of their lists. But how would our analyst projects fulfill a full range of benchmarks? Mel Kiper Jr., Matt Miller, Jordan Reid and Field Yates played a recovery at 10 laps and 40 pick to build their best films composed only of this year’s class. For the full project and a fiery debate, see the latest edition of “First Draft”.
Here’s how it worked: Kiper, Miller, Reid and Yates wrote 40 choices to fill the starting alignments. Each list had specific positions necessary: a quarter-back, a ball carrier, two wide receivers or tight ends, an offensive platform, an interior offensive player, two defenders with a front-sept and two defensive backs. All other list points have been considered a replacement level. Our experts were authorized to write positions in any order, and they designed their units around the diagram they wanted on each side of the ball. (Spoiler: Kiper has become the old school here.)
The Superteam project has also provided a unique way to look at the class, approaching the position value, how each analyst stins his personal advice and prospects could provide the most impact at the next level. What team ended up with the best attack and the most dominant defense? Let’s start with the top with Yates, then let’s choose. And you can even vote for the winner of our NFL Draft Fantasy League 2025 below.

The choices
The order project was randomized, Yates disembarking the first choice. But because it is a snake format, Kiper had selections consecutive to numbers 4 and 5, and Yates did not resume after n ° 1 to n ° 8. And no profession was authorized.

Yates in his team: My state of mind was simple in this project: to grasp so many players best classified in their respective positions. Mission accomplished. In Ward, Warren, Campbels and Johnson, five of my 10 selections were the players on which I have the highest in their positions. In addition, I thought that the gap between QB1 and QB2 was among the widest in all positions, so having the first choice was a decided advantage.
We also fundamentally believe in Yates HQ to do our best to make life easier for our young QB, so surrounding the neighborhood with excellent Run-After players in Warren and Burden was huge. My question to other editors is simple: who plays for second place?
Reid’s team
QB: Sheder Sanders
RB: Treveyon Henderson
Wr / te: Tetairoa McMillan
Wr / te: Matthew Golden
OT: Josh Simmons
G / C: Tyler Booker
DL / LB: Mykel Williams
DL / LB: Walter NOLEN
DB: Starks Malaki
DB: Shavon Revel Jr.
Reid in his team: By focusing on the notation points, I wanted to add an offensive firepower in the first laps after obtaining my franchise quarter. McMillan and Golden offer two essential options on the perimeter so that Sanders can regularly the ball. They also complement each other; McMillan is the large body outside the X receptor, while Golden can work on all the other parts of the terrain.
Protecting Sanders was also a major point for my team, so I wrote my second best goalkeeper in this class (Booker) and added a solid brochure (Simmons). In defense, Williams and Nolen offer a great mixture of racing support and rush to explosive passes. And I also have a solid file with Starks with free safety and Revel as a corner outside the area. From top to bottom, it is quite clear that has the best overall list.
Miller’s team
QB: Tyler Shough
RB: Ashton Jeanty
Wr / te: Travis Hunter
Wr / te: Emeka Egbuka
OT: Kelvin Banks Jr.
G / C: Donovan Jackson
DL / LB: Walker milestone
DL / LB: Mike Green
CB / S: Jahdae Barron
CB / S: Trey Amos
Miller in his team: The objective of this team is speed and versatility. I added six players classified in my Top 11 in total while obtaining an incredible value at each position group. Yes, I waited a quarter-Arrière after Ward was selected first overall, because the value between QB2, QB3 and QB4 in this class is not a wide difference. While waiting for the final round to get Shough allowed me to build a better team around him, including Hunter and Jeanty as the cornerstone of this offense.
In defense, this team continues to adapt to my philosophy with rushers of Elite passes and Hawks Big Time Ball in secondary. Of course, Hunter would also be in the mixture on this side of the ball.
Kiper’s team
QB: Jaxson Dart
RB: Omarion Hampton
Wr / te: COLSTON Loveland
Wr / te: Elijah Arroyo
OT: Armand Membou
G / C: Zabel Gray
DL / LB: Abdul Carter
DL / LB: Mason Graham
DB: Maxwell Hairston
DB: Xavier Watts
Kiper in his team: Good luck that marking this defense. With Carter and Graham – the two best players in my big table – we will undergo a serious pressure. I wanted Barron to corner, but I always ended up with the speed of 4.28 of Hairston and the ball skills of Watts (13 interceptions in the last two seasons) in secondary. I am not sure that these other lists even reach two -digit points against this unit.
In attack, I move my guys. My biggest lack was obviously at the receiver. I tried to wait for my seventh choice to get Egbuka or the burden, but I was too late. And rather than reaching Jack Bech of TCU or someone like that a little lower on my board, I decided to double my tight ends. But Loveland and Arroyo are more than that – I can spread them wide, put them in the slit or group them online, looking for match advantages. They both have the speed to stretch the seams, and Dart has their arms to drive their ball. Mix the capabilities in three towards Hampton’s bottom behind my tackle and my carefully classified guard, and we are going to be very well moving the ball.
In all, I obtained five players in my top 11. Choosing fourth meant the two best QB and my player n ° 1 miss in the general classification of Hunter, but I like what I could do.
