A man was killed in the city of South El rides on Wednesday afternoon while trying to stop the display thieves in the giant reduced and operated reduction store, the authorities announced.
The Sheriff’s Department of the County of Los Angeles received a call around 12:15 pm about a man who had been hit by a car in the 2000 block on avenue Durfee. He was found unconscious and suffering from a blunt trauma, according to a press release.
The victim was pronounced deceased on the scene.
The deputies learned that the man visited his brother’s store when two to three people entered the company and stole goods. He then chased them from the store and in a parking lot, where a physical altercation took place.
A person entered a dark sedan and deliberately hit man on several occasions. The suspect or additional suspects then got into the car and fled in an unknown direction, according to the Sheriff department.
John Yaghoubi told Ktla News that the victim was his 60 -year -old brother, Kourosh “Steve” Yaghoubi, who had helped in the store when he saw the display flight take place.
“I don’t know what to do,” John Yaghoubi told the station. “I lost my older brother four years ago, and my mother was 94 years old. She is still in mourning for the first. I don’t know how I’m going to tell him. “
