Teddi Mellencamp revealed that his father, John Mellencamp, already predicted his burial in their family mausoleum in Indiana while fighting stadium cancer.
The alun “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” recalled that the rocker called him several times in a row to have the morbid discussion in the episode on Tuesday of his podcast “Two ts in a pod”.
“Finally, I answer, I say to myself:” I’m in the bath. ” Let me live a little, “she said. “He said,” I just want to make sure you are going to be in our group family mausoleum. »»
Teddi, 43, then wondered if there would also be space in the mausoleum for his three children, Slate, 12, Cruz, 10 and Dove, 5.
“It is like:” Well, there will be the top five, then we will have small areas around, and that’s where everyone is going to be buried “”, said the reality TV star.
“He said,” You are doing your will right now, so you can also put it in there. »»
Teddi finally accepted, telling the co-host of Tamra Judge that she would go to Indiana to visit the burial place.
She joked by saying that the quote “Hot Girls Never Die” would be engraved on her tombstone.
The Bravolebrity shares her three children with her husband Edwin Arroyave. The two were divided in October 2024 after almost 14 years of marriage.
Teddi received a diagnosis of skin cancer in 2022, but doctors discovered that she had brain tumors in February.
It was rushed into surgical intervention to have four tumors removed, which, according to doctors, “grew up for at least six months”.
“These are all a direct result of my melanoma,” she shared via Instagram in March.
Doctors have since found additional tumors in his brain and lungs.
“I fight for my life, but also for the life of my family and all the people I love,” Teddi told Us Weekly in an interview published last week.
She added that cancer is “certainly the most difficult thing” to which she had to face.
