- Braith Anasta did not chop his words on NRL 360
- Called to the star of the Lachlan Ilias dragons to “be better”
- Anasta manages the half-back of Searoo Sports
The manager of Lachlan Ilias players, Braith Anasta, raised the eyebrows after slamming the half-back of the dragons on live television.
Ilias, 24, is under the microscope after a mixed start of his time at the Red V – but he would have been amazed after Anasta’s wild spray on NRL 360.
“He must be better, the weekend (Eels defeat) was a big lack from him,” said Anasta about her client.
“He had the opportunity to glaze (competition) and he opted for 40/20 and he was wrong.
“You can’t do that.
Anasta then referred to a previous match against South Sydney, where the dragons coach Shane Flanagan distinguished a bad performance from his playmaker.

“And the game Rabbitohs, we saw the backlash and that made it fall a little (Ilias),” he said.
“I felt sick for him (against Parramatta), I really did it because it was like living a nightmare.
“Obviously, I am passionate about Lachie and I take care of him … But he must be better.
“I don’t think it will have 10 laps, I think it’s really the next two or three weeks.”
It then happens that the Dragons development player, Jonah Glover, continues to impress at the NSW Cup level and would have pushed an opportunity in the first year.
Friday evening in Wollongong, Ilias is fortunate to harness when the dragons face the Gold Coast Titans from 6 p.m.
Anasta is an occupied man – the NRL 360 host is also the managing director of Searo Sports, who has people like Melbourne Storm Five -eighth Cameron Munster and the star of the NRLW Jesse Southwell in their books.
In addition, the sports management company obtained Australian golfers Anthony Quayle, Jake McLeod, Trevor Simsby and Nathan Barbieri as customers.
