The hopes for an agreement have turned off, kyiv accusing the Kremlin of raping several times an agreement so as not to hit the infrastructure and the energy factories of the other shortly after his contact.
Addressing Fox News, Dmitriev argued that Ukraine had struck Russian energy objectives, but said that the talks in the White House had a “positive result” and conceded that the Kremlin could be opened to safety guarantees for kyiv.

Ukraine and its allies accused Russia of stone negotiations to end its three -year large -scale invasion by presenting a list of conditions and delay requests while wanting to be considered participant in peace talks.
Last month, Trump admitted that those of the Kremlin could “drag his feet” on a ceasefire and last week said that he was “pissed off” in Putin after the Russian called Zelenskyy to be ousted.
The members of the inner circle of Trump urged the American president not to accept a call from Putin until Moscow goes to a cease-fire, reported NBC on Thursday.
