India will enter its third phase of survey on May 7 (Tuesday). The first two phases of the Lok Sabha 2024 elections recorded electoral holdings of 66.14% and 66.71% respectively.
The third phase of the elections will cover 11 States and territories of the Union (UTS) and will cover 94 constituencies. The first phase covered 102 constituencies while the second covered 88. The voting process will start at 7 a.m. and will continue until 5 p.m. Voting will take place on June 4.
The district of Surat, which was initially to go to the polls in this phase, will not witness the electoral process because the candidate of the BJP of this seat has been without opposition.
