Lori Loughlin separated from her ex-husband Mossimo Giannullibut if she thinks she’s going to get a piece of the fashion designer’s fortune from this split, she might need to think twice.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ… that a prenuptial agreement Lori signed when she married Mossimo in 1997 provides for their assets to be separate property. We’re told this is something Mossimo insisted on before their wedding.
Plus… Mossimo was worth over $100 million at the time. We don’t know if the prenup has changed, but if it hasn’t, it looks like she’s screwed.
This could explain why Lori doesn’t consider herself “single” yet, even though she’s been living separately for months. Sources with direct knowledge previously told us she’s waiting to see how the split plays out.
Meanwhile, our sources say Lori has a great relationship with her daughters and spends quality time with them.
