BJP leaders, including Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and state president Virendra Sachdeva, carried out a ‘havan’ at the new BJP office building.

Construction of the five-storey office building began with a ‘bhoomi pujan’ ceremony performed by BJP national leader JP Nadda in June 2023. The BJP national headquarters is also located nearby on DDU Marg.
The first office of the Delhi unit was opened at Ajmeri Gate, which was later shifted to Rakabganj Road for some time. The party functioned from 14 Pandit Pant Marg for almost 35 years.
Several BJP leaders, including Nadda, Union ministers and thousands of party activists will attend the inauguration ceremony.
