Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith divorce
Custody battle called off!!!
We’ll figure it out ourselves

Joshua Jackson And Jodie Turner Smith just avoided a potentially bitter custody battle over their daughter, Juno …canceling the trial one day before the court date.
TMZ has learned… Jodie’s legal team filed court papers on Oct. 14, asking that the trial be removed from the court calendar before it begins on Oct. 15.
According to the “Queen & Slim” actress’ lawyer, the two men are negotiating a custody judgment themselves.
The attorney wrote: “The parties will return to the privately paid temporary judge to resolve any impasse in the proposed custody judgment.”
It seems like they are capable of compromise, but not of reconciling. Make no mistake…their divorce is still well settled. This is just the hanging ending.
We reported in May that Joshua and Jodie had used a mediator to work out a temporary schedule to govern equal custody of their 5-year-old daughter. What they couldn’t agree on was… where Juno would go to school.
As for the other terms…Joshua will pay $2,787 per month in child support, but no monthly spousal support – they settled on a lump sum.
We broke the story… Jodie filed for divorce from Joshua in October 2023, citing irreconcilable differences.
They met at her birthday party in 2018, and their relationship moved quickly, getting engaged months later — then getting a marriage license at the Beverly Hills courthouse…long before people even knew they were romantically together.
