Kroy Biermann allegedly contacted woman to warn her that Kim was draining her finances

Kroy Biermann I contacted the woman who had subpoenaed Kim Zolciak in her divorce case to warn her against Kim… this according to the woman’s testimony in this case.

Jillian Green was filed in the case in June…and she testified that Kroy actually called her to express concerns about Kim’s relationship with Jillian’s ex-husband, Kyle Mowitz.

Green claimed Biermann told him Zolciak would “drain Kyle’s money” … claiming Kim had already put Instacart’s grocery deliveries on Mowitz’s credit card.

Jillian said Kroy warned her about Kim’s mental state…claiming he called her a narcissist with a gambling problem who was never there for his children — claims that all mirror previous legal documents he filed during their divorce proceedings, BTW.

Jillian said she met Biermann once… and the two ended up at her cousin’s house. She said they met there because Kroy was a public figure and she didn’t want to attract too much attention.

At the time of the deposition, Jillian said she and Kroy hadn’t spoken in months…and she insisted the two were never romantically involved.

In another bizarre twist, Jillian claimed Kroy told her he sat outside Kyle’s house…however, she said she was never afraid for Kyle’s safety.

We broke the story… Zolciak and Mowitz are now in a serious relationship — which some sources say began in April or May of this year. This is apparently Kim’s first serious relationship since divorcing Kroy.

The reveal of this new romance came just hours after the news broke. Jillian subpoenaed Kim in connection with her divorce case in which Kim claimed Green requested “all records concerning or relating to your financial relationship with Kyle Mowitz, including, but not limited to, gifts given or received from Kyle, expenses paid on your behalf by Mr. Mowitz or any business with which he is connected, amounts loaned to you and amounts paid to you by Mr. Mowitz or any business with which he is linked.
