Jhonattan Vegas takes his lead in the weekend.
Vegas, after an incredible arrival where he posted five birdies in six holes to reach 7 under Thursday afternoon, displayed a 10s of 70 Friday to reach 8 under-thanks in part to a ridiculously lucrative shot of a rake-which gave him a two-stroke advance of the PGA championship.

Friday, Scottie Scheffler also climbed on Friday. He did four birdies during the day to reach 5 sous for the week. However, Xander Schauffele and Rory McILroy reduced the number to even survive the weekend.
The cup ended at 1 -Over, which sent several big names – including Shane Lowry, Jordan Spieth, Justin Thomas Rickie Fowler, Phil Mickelson and Brooks Koepka – at home early.
