How do I submit a declaration for record?
Any person or organization wishing to present their views for inclusion in the hearing record must submit in a Word document a single-spaced statement of no more than 10 pages. No other file types will be accepted for inclusion. The title and date of the hearing, and the full name and address of the person or organization must appear on the first page of the statement. Statements must be received no later than two weeks after the conclusion of the hearing.
