Russia continues a rapid advance in Donetsk
Meanwhile, Russia said it has captured the strategic city of Totretsk, in the Donetsk region, in eastern Ukraine, after heavy fights there for about two months.
The fall of the city comes after the Russian forces have taken control of several towns and villages in the region in recent months.
Analysts claim that Moscow has progressed in Donetsk at its fastest rate since 2022, quickly capturing more grounds crossing the Ukrainian positions weakened by the troop shortages.
