The hot weather is there, which means that you can finally store your heaviest outer diapers. It is not yet quite the summer – you cannot leave the house in a summer dress and call it a day – but there are a lot of opportunities for lighter and more breathable outfits. So how do you dress to balance relative heat while adapting to temperature changes?
Debbie Rudoy, founder and CEO of Goldie Tees, actually loves this period of the year. “The best part of dressing at 60 degrees? Flexibility. You can start your comfortable and superimposed day, while being effortless in the afternoon-without compromising your style,” she said. It’s also time to rely on the trends and the aesthetics you love, adds Patricia Arroyo, Alohas product manager: “Kissing thoughtful materials, well -constructed forms and accessories with the soul. The key is in textures, subtle layers, high animal prints, and the way everything feels slightly worn.”

Satin pants

Satin and silk do not only offer shine – they are softer and more breathable. Here, the shirt, pants and shoes are all a similar material, but if you want to “dive a toe” in the trend, respect a “satin pants associated with oversized knitting and ballets”, explains the stylist and expert in Naina Singla fashion. “At this temperature, you want parts that offer a blanket but always breathe, and this combo checks all the boxes. The knitting keeps your comfortable nucleus, and the lighter weight of satin pants ensure that you do not overheat if the sun comes out.” You can also add a trench, wrap or – as we see here – a short and not doubled jacket when it becomes cool.
A transparent skirt

The trend of the pure skirt has been with us for some time now, without any sign of disappearing. This outfit becomes transparent at the top and bottom, but you can opt for a complete cover look. “A transparent skirt with oversized knitting, tights and ballets is such a fun mixture,” said Singla. “The tights keep you warm, especially when it is this time between 60 degrees, and the ballets come together with a soft and classic touch.” It also helps to make a transparent skirt more portable, because the sweater covers your hips.
You can also associate it with an oversized button, rubbing the sleeves and worn open on a tank, explains Karine Dubner, director and owner of Brochu Walker. “Another favorite is the superposition of a light sweater on the shoulders – it adds a feeling of varnish and also serves as an integrated layer for cooler evenings.”
A little harvest

If you like to show the skin, opt for something subtle. “We call it: the cake takes a rear seat: t-shirts, tanks and cropped cardigans dominate this spring / summer,” explains Rudoy. “Combine them with high height stockings for a balanced and modern look. It is polite without trying too hard.” You can also go with something like this denim dress with a small stomach cut.

Superposition is important in a month of transition. There is still a ton of temperature volatility, which means you want to adapt while keeping your chic outfit with each layer. Rudoy presents the formula: “Choose a breathable base like a tank top or a short-sleeved t-shirt. This fundamental piece keeps you comfortable and gives you flexibility to adjust you throughout the day.” Then, for your light median layer, “reach a long-sleeved t-shirt, a cardigan or a light sweater.” Then, like your final layer (if you need it), choose a “denim jacket, a utility jacket or a light trench”. You can also rely on the creative superposition, she adds: two of the same tank in different colors, for example.
Black and brown

Do not let anyone tell you that you cannot mix the brown and the black! Here, the basic layers are black and the outdoor clothes, the shoes and the bag are all brown. But you can also stick to a single item. “A black tank with jeans, a brown suede jacket, a black belt and black mules is such a clean and ground look,” explains Singla, noting that the suede is always very trendy. “The belt brings everything together and gives your look a little varnish, while the black mules keep it modern.”
Luxury textures, colors and patterns

Whether it is strong or silent, luxury is always an important trend: including “luxury textures such as croc, suede and ostrich leather on shoes and bags” and “high animal print accessories – especially in pony hair or aged finishes – on belts, bags or shoes”, explains Arroyo. She adds that this can include other aesthetics, such as “the country’s trend: rustic tissues, relaxed silhouettes and western inspiration for the city.” This outfit incorporates some luxury elements: leopard printing, black gloves and oversized shades. The red lip and the bag keep modern things.
Camel color

It’s time to store your black songs! If you are more a neutral person, start with the camel – it goes well with many other shades, just as Black would do. Here, we see him twinned with another neutral (beige) and (yellow) pop pop, but you can also integrate it into a simpler outfit. “A camel pants with a nestled white button, a belt and apartments is an excellent work look,” notes Singla. “You can always do yours with the texture, accessories or even roll the sleeves to keep it more relaxed.”
If you want to go bigger with the color, try a more trendy shade like “Warm stripes and shades like butter yellow, matcha green, corn column and chocolate brown”, explains Arroyo.
Outdoor clothes in a lighter color

If there is only one thing that you could do to “bring out” your wardrobe, it exchanges in light outdoor clothes: it is a long blazer chloé with fringes. “Denim on a straight leg with a white tank, a white blazer and sharp brown heels are a great look,” explains Singla. “The White on White Up Top gives all the shiny and fresh air and ready for spring,” she adds. “I love a right leg here because it gives you shape without hanging on and perfectly balances the structure of the blazer.”
If you want something a little more trendy, Arroyo Note: “Vintage leather jackets, oversized blazers and padded vests are ideal superposition pieces that bring a formless shape. The use of heavier tissues like denim or dense linen allows you to play with the structure while keeping it breathable.”
A set of athlerization

“A training set is such a easy basis because you are comfortable, and you are ready for a day full of activities. You can easily pass this basic layer from Pilates to brunch,” said Singla. “But if you want to make this sensation feel without doing too much, simply throw a long fluid trench and take a structured bag.” These are Miu Miu apartments, but you can also go with a classic sneaker. Make sure to wear chic sunglasses!
Bracelets and watches

This is the perfect time to change your jewelry, explains Cove Jewelry Alyson Iarrusso. “The sleeves take place, the wrists emerge, and suddenly, a well-chosen bracelet becomes your best accessory. It’s time for gold bracelets inspired by Italian and Italian-pieces that establish the perfect balance between timeless and to the trend”, she notes, adding, “do not neglect the resurgence of watches. Think of vintage torsion. Bracelets and a watch, which is perfect for a brighter and daring outfit.
A maximum knitting dress

If you want to leave your jacket at home but you don’t want to be freezing, opt for a long light knit dress. This one has a touch of the pure trend for visual interest! Alternatively, go without sleeves and associate it with a bomber, leather or a denim jacket, explains Singla. “The knitting dress gives you this long silhouette effortlessly while feeling super at ease. The oversized cropped jacket just adds the right amount of balance and helps break the length of the dress, then finish it with minimalist sneakers maintains the relaxed but still really united atmosphere.”
If you don’t like knitting, try a sliding dress. “Just put a t -shirt or camished below – think of the 90s flashback, but completely fresh. Perfect for the superposition after a walk, a training session or a day of the beach,” explains Rudoy.
Retro sneakers

“Retro sneakers are always a safe and elegant choice – comfortable and easy to style with everything,” explains Arroyo, adding that they work well “associated with dresses, skirts or large pants”. It is a pair of thick silver, contrasting with the neutral matt. As an alternative to pants, “a fluid midday dress with a refined sneaker feels fresh and relevant”, adds Dubner. “And I like a beautiful cardigan, (because it is) easy to wear or wear.”
Heavier jewelry

Since your jewelry is more visible now, make up a notch – like this thick belt, large earrings and thick layers. The latter “have a moment, not only for their style credit, but for their practicality. Add a charm or a simple puck to a personalized touch”, explains Iarrusso. This can also work like an everyday room: “A beautiful and beautiful chain which is in oceanic security (as long as you rinse it after!) Is part of your daily uniform. And with interchangeable charms that can slip or deactivate, these necklaces offer versatility,” she adds. If you want something smaller but always a statement, opt for diamond studs grown in the laboratory.
You can also opt for a more relaxed fashionable metal mixture of your existing parts. “Try to style a beautiful white gold chain with a heavier yellow gold room – it is unexpected and is beautiful with ups, tanks or VV dresses,” explains Iarrusso. No matter how you styling your pieces, however, press the pleasure and surprise this season.
